| Our Events - Brass Monkey - 2009 |
December 28th 2009 was our 6th Brass Monkey Run to Wells.
Welcome to our 6th B.M.R. pics. 9.30am and the weather was definitely frosty and cold. Again the Ram opened up this year serving welcome hot drinks and bacon butties. 10am and onto Waitrose at Swaffham for pit stop for cars and coffees etc. Then onto Wells, a good run although there were a few minor breakdowns. Again this year we overflowed their car park, another record number of about 90 vehicles!
The weather was a bit kinder to us this year but still dry and cold, so ideal to chat, look at cars etc before heading off for food and drink. There were a great selection of cars, so hopefully there's a picture of them all below.
Thanks to all you folk who came, it was good to see you and I hope you enjoyed yourselves. We hope to see you at the 7th run. Hope you enjoy the pics (click on pics to see full size ones!).
